June 11, 2025 — Motorola has officially launched the Motorola Edge 60 in India, further expanding its Edge 60 lineup, which already includes the Edge 60 Pro, Edge 60 Fusion, and Edge 60 Stylus. Positioned as a premium mid-range smartphone, the Edge 60 brings a solid combination of design, durability, performance, and camera capabilities—all at an attractive price point.

Motorola Edge 60: Design & Display
The Edge 60 features a 6.7-inch 1.5K Super HD quad-curved pOLED display with an in-display fingerprint sensor, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. Protected by Gorilla Glass 7i, the screen also supports Smart Water Touch 3.0 for improved touch responsiveness, even in wet conditions.
The phone is MIL-STD-810H certified for military-grade durability and comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, making it resistant to water and dust.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the Edge 60 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, paired with 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. Users also benefit from an additional 12GB of virtual RAM expansion for multitasking.
It runs on Hello UI based on Android 15, and Motorola promises three years of major software updates, ensuring future-proof performance.
Camera Capabilities
The device features a triple-camera setup on the rear:
- 50MP Main Camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)
- 50MP Ultra-Wide Camera that doubles as a macro lens
- 10MP Telephoto Camera with 3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom

The Edge 60 is backed by a massive 5500mAh battery, which is paired with a 68W fast charger included in the box. Motorola claims all-day usage on a single charge, depending on usage patterns.
For audio, the smartphone offers stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support, delivering a rich multimedia experience.
Price, Colors, and Availability
The Motorola Edge 60 is priced at ₹25,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. It will be available in two Pantone-certified color options:
- Gibraltar Sea (Smoky Blue)
- Shamrock (Fresh Green)
The device goes on sale starting June 17 at 12 PM, and will be available via Flipkart, Motorola’s official website, and Reliance Digital stores. Motorola is offering a ₹1,000 discount during the launch period.

In addition to the Edge 60, Motorola also introduced a new Mykonos Blue finish for the Edge 60 Fusion, priced at ₹23,999. It will be available for purchase starting June 13.
